Welcome

LEGO Do you love Lego? Do you love Star Wars? Well, I sure do! As a result, I have created a "masterpiece" of one of the most iconic Star Wars characters. Additionally, I have taken the time to write a step by step instructable. You can see my flickr set of the mosiac here. Please feel free to leave comments about any questions you may have, also let me know if this piece inspires you to do your own!

Update: Maker Faire 2007 Austin. For those of you finding this site after visiting our booth at Maker Faire, feel free to leave comments or shoot me an email if you end up creating your own Lego Mosaic, I look forward to featuring your creation on here as soon as you email it to me at: legomosaic@gmail.com (yes for those of you who have my card, it's a different address, but will still get to me).

Also in this picture, you can see the vertical and horizontal black lines, these are the seems between the 6 64x64 plates. I would soon find out that pure friction is not enough to support the weight of all these pieces :)
